2. Scope of application and acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The purchase of products offered on the website https://www.7071studio.com (hereinafter the “Site”) is subject to these general conditions of sale of the Site (“General Conditions of Sale”). 7071 studio products are exclusively intended to be sold to final consumers, natural or legal persons, to the exclusion of all resellers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers. Therefore, the customer affirms that he acts as a final consumer and does not intend to resell 7071 studio products for commercial purposes.
7071 studio may update these General Conditions of Sale at any time. You can read the version of the General Conditions of Sale in force at any time by clicking on the “CGV” link. The General Conditions of Sale in force at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract are those which are binding on you.
In addition, each time you purchase products on the Site, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale in force on the date you place your order. These general conditions are viewable before and at the time you are asked to confirm your acceptance of them.
3. Order Terms
The Site allows you to order a selection of products from the company toti co, in particular from the 7071 studio brand (hereinafter the “Product(s)”), immediately online via the Internet for delivery to mainland France or from the European Union.
The Site does not allow special orders to be placed which consist in particular of the creation of a Product that does not exist or no longer exists in the 7071 studio collection, or of the adaptation or personalization of a Product from the 7071 studio collections, and in the manufacturing of the latter by 7071 studio. These General Conditions of Sale therefore do not apply to special orders. For any special order, please contact our Customer Service by clicking on the “Contact” link.
4. Availability of Products
Our Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, while stocks last. Errors or modifications may exceptionally exist, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders for the same Product by several customers. In the event of unavailability of the Product after placing your order, we will inform you by e-mail or by telephone as soon as possible, offering you either to order another Product presented on the Site as a replacement, or cancel your order.
7071 studio incurs no liability in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of Products for orders not yet accepted by 7071 studio.
7071 studio reserves the right to change the Products offered on the Site at any time and without notice. In order to ensure better quality of service and availability of our Products to all customers of the Site, 7071 studio reserves the right to limit the quantity of Products that can be purchased by a customer, in accordance with the provisions applicable in this area and in particular those of Article L122-1 of the French Consumer Code.
5. Order procedure
5.1. Product Selection
At any time, you can add Products to your selection by clicking on “BUY NOW”, and choose to complete your purchases or continue browsing.
You can consult your selection by clicking on the basket in the ad hoc menu where will appear: the photo(s) of the Product(s), its name(s), its characteristics, the ) quantity(s) chosen, its unit price(s), the subtotal of the selection, the delivery costs for mainland France as well as the total price of your order including delivery.
5.2. Identification
If you already have a customer account, you will need to identify yourself at this step by entering your email address and password.
If you don't have an account yet, you can continue your purchase as a guest by entering your email address.
Your usernames and passwords are strictly personal, therefore you agree to keep them secure and never communicate them to third parties. 7071 studio cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss, theft or any fraudulent use of your customer account; if applicable, you undertake to inform 7071 studio immediately.
Creating an account allows you to:
- track your deliveries and view your order history;
- add or modify your delivery and billing addresses for your next orders;
The data recorded by the Site constitutes proof of all transactions between 7071 studio and its customers. In the event of a conflict between 7071 studio and one of its customers over a transaction carried out on the Site, the data recorded by 7071 studio are considered valid proof of the content of the transaction.
You can deactivate your account at any time by sending an e-mail to Customer Service by clicking on the “Contact” link. After deactivating your account, you are free to create a new account at any time.
5.3. Confirmation of the order
5.3.a) Validation of the delivery method
You will need to complete the delivery information necessary for the successful shipment of your order: shipping country, title, first name, last name, delivery address.
You can use your delivery address as your billing address or enter another one. You will then be prompted to select a payment method and enter the related information.
Once this step is completed, click on “validate”.
5.3.b) Validation of the means of payment and settlement of the order
At the end of the order process described above and after having accepted all of these General Conditions of Sale and Use and the Return/Refund Policy, click on the “pay for your purchases” button. The sales contract will then be definitively formed.
You must carefully check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. While every effort is made to ensure that the color and pattern of the Products whose photos are displayed on the Site are faithful to the original Products, variations may occur, in particular due to technical limitations in color rendering on your computer equipment. Consequently, 7071 studio cannot be held responsible for non-substantial errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of the Products appearing on the Site.

Once completed, your order is forwarded to 7071 studio for processing.
7071 studio reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute for a previous order, or if 7071 studio reasonably considers that this customer has violated these General Conditions or that he has undertaken in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.
5.3.c) Order confirmation
A summary of your order will then be sent to you by e-mail. The acknowledgment of receipt will include the total amount of the order, information relating to the delivery cost, the essential characteristics, the quantity and the price of the Products purchased.
We advise you to keep this acknowledgment of receipt on paper or electronically.
6. Price – Accepted Payment Methods
6.1. Price
The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included. Apart from cases of reimbursement made (i) as part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or for (ii) lack of conformity and hidden defects, 7071 studio will not reimburse the VAT applied on purchases made on the Site (even in the event that the buyer, after receipt, reships the Products to a country outside the European Union).
7071 studio reserves the right to modify the prices of the Products offered on the Site at any time and without notice. The Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed on the Site at the time your order is placed, subject to availability of the Products ordered at that time.
All orders are payable in Euros and must be paid immediately upon placing your order. In the event of unavailability of certain Products ordered (see article 4 “Availability of Products”), only the price and transport costs relating to the Products available will be debited.
You may be asked to pay customs fees on your order upon arrival of your package if you order outside the European Union.
These costs will be paid by the Customer.
6.2. Payment methods accepted
6.2.a) Payment by credit card or bank card
Accepted credit cards and bank cards are: Visa®, MasterCard® and Amex®.
Authentication is specific to each bank.
Your order will only be shipped after verification of your payment method and receipt of debit authorization from your card.
7. Reservation of Title
The Products ordered remain the property of 7071 studio until full payment of the price by 7071 studio.
However, you assume the risks (in particular loss, theft or damage) concerning the Products delivered from the moment they are sent to the address indicated when ordering.
8. Delivery terms
8.1. Delivery and collection area
8.1.a) Delivery to a postal address
Products purchased on the site are delivered by post (Standard Home mode):
In Europe: France (including Corsica), Belgium, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Saint-Martin, Luxembourg, Monaco
In the world :
The Products are shipped to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.
8.2. Transportation costs
The amount of delivery costs is calculated based on the Products chosen, the total value of your order as well as the delivery method chosen.
9. Delivery Issues
Any defect or delay in delivery must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. Any complaint made beyond 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of your order cannot be taken into account.
If the delivery time is not met, you can cancel the order simply by email.
7071 studio will then be required to reimburse you in full for the sums paid, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date of termination of the sales contract. If you nevertheless receive the Product after using this option, you must return it according to the return procedures provided for in article 10 below.
You must check the conformity of the Products at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature any anomalies noted (open package, damaged Product, etc.).
10. Right of withdrawal – returns, exchanges, refunds
10.1. Right and period of withdrawal
We accept the return of any product within 14 days from the date of dispatch provided that it is intact and in condition to be potentially resold (without restocking fees). You will receive a refund.
After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
10.2. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
You may, before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period mentioned above, send any other unambiguous declaration expressing your desire to withdraw to contact@7071studio.com
or through the “Contact” section of our site. You will be asked for your first and last name and your order number. Once your request is received by email, our after-sales service will send you a return label by email (only for exchanges and credit refunds). Print it, and use it to send the return package.
Once your package has been received by our services, if everything is in order, we will issue a refund for the item.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund of your order if the product is not declared and verified as defective, therefore solely due to the customer.
We do not exchange items.
10.3. Consequence of the right of withdrawal
As part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or in the event of non-conformity of the Product, you can return the Product(s) purchased by requesting an exchange or refund under the conditions described in Article 11 below.
11. Return, exchange and refund conditions
11.1.a) Return
As part of exercising the right of withdrawal and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your purchase must be returned exclusively to the head office address: 60 rue François 1er, 75008 PARIS. Otherwise, your return request cannot be processed.

11.1.b) Exchange
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via our "Contact" section on our site or directly via our email address contact@7071studio.com
11.1.c) Reimbursement
In the event of a refund request, the latter will take place, in accordance with the legislation, fourteen (14) days from either (i) receipt of proof of shipment of the Product(s), or (ii) receipt of the Product(s), the date chosen being that of the first of these events. The refund, including the standard delivery costs of the initial order, will then be made using the same payment method used when ordering.
Please note, however, that an additional period may be applied by your bank during reimbursement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
12. Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances can 7071 studio be held liable for any damage which does not result from a failure by 7071 studio to fulfill one of its substantial obligations.
In the event that 7071 studio is held liable, it will not exceed the total amount of the order in question, placed by the Customer.
13. Applicable law - Disputes
These General Conditions of Sale are exclusively governed and interpreted in accordance with French law.
However, in accordance with regulation CE 593/2008 of June 17, 2008, these General Conditions of Sale do not prevent 7071 studio from respecting a provision more favorable to the customer and from which it cannot be waived by agreement, under of the law where the customer has his habitual residence.
In the event of a dispute relating to the execution of an order, you have the option of resorting to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution procedure.
These General Conditions of Sale are written in French. Notwithstanding the above, in the event of a dispute, in accordance with Regulation No. 44/2001 of December 22, 2000:
you can seize either the court of the place where you are domiciled, or the French courts, 7071 studio can seize the court of the place where you are domiciled.
